Use and Care

Inspect the mug, rim, handle joints, glaze, infuser rim and perforations, lid, knob, and seating ring before use. Wash all parts before first use. Keep the mug on a stable surface, avoid overfilling, and lift the hot infuser only after it has drained and cooled enough to handle safely. Hand wash each part with mild detergent and a soft sponge, rinse, and dry fully. Avoid sudden temperature changes, direct flame, stovetops, ovens, abrasive cleaners, and impact. Do not use any cracked, chipped, bent, or loose component.
